The only downsides to this location is the lack of coffee (which isn't a huge deal for me) and the parking, which can get a little tight.
The manager was very helpful and understanding. In all the visit was very productive.
Barnes and Noble is the shizzznit. Books,on books, on books get you so smart! Customer service is on point, and good selection readily available.
As a bibliophile, I love book stores in general. This store is no exception. The staff is attentive and helpful. They have a great selection of books for both adults and children. Plus, this store has an expansive teen reader selection -- something I've never seen before.

I had wonderful help here! I was looking for Merlin series that's popular but it is more geared towards teens than adults. I had looked online for a different alternative with emrys as the main character. Was in the store for a good half an hour looking for something else and after a few minutes one of the staff came to me with the Crystal Cave which was exactly what I was looking for! Thank you! Awesome customer service.
