Fantastic friendly service when I picked my car up & mostly friendly service when I dropped my car off. Only complaint was the lack of communication about the "Enterprise we pick you up policy" There is no ride service on Saturdays - this is bummer & when I returned my car on time (5:30pm) I was told rather rudely ride service ends at 5:00pm. This makes sense but it had not been communicated & it was evident that the representative was annoyed with my request. I understand the shortness of staff & the lateness of the day & offered to call an Uber instead, I am very grateful for the other person in the office who jumped in & offered me a ride. His kindness was greatly appreciated.

Good neighborhood location. Cars are clean and in good condition. Staff is professional.
Don't bother going to this location, if you only want a specific car on the lot. They will lie and say there's a reservation. Even after your reservation is confirmed, you still can't choose the car you want. The car sat on the lot for more than a day. They can adjust the rates at anytime, make sure to haggle the rate or you may get overcharged. Walk in's are not welcomed at this location.
Came in as usual and my brand new SUV was ready as promised! Had some issues with my insurance company on who was responsible for the bill and Enterprise kept me informed of the whole problem. No problems when check out came. Thank you
