Definitely not the typical auto shop! Staff was warm and welcoming when I arrived, waiting area was comfortable, I had my service done faster than was quoted and expected and price could not be beat! Will definitely be a return customer!
I brought in my 2007 Land Rover Discovery II because of a suggestion from several members of my family. My truck had a shimmy in the front end whenever I hit a pothole and had a lot of coolant leak all over my driveway. They quickly diagnosed the problems (a horribly loose tie rod and a 4-way junction box that distributes the coolant (those Brits). They brought in the parts needed and I had my truck back in only 2 days!! I brought it in late Saturday and had it back Tuesday A.M. I am very impressed with the price and the service. Susan is awesome!!! I will definitely be taking my Rover back there for more work.
I left my car in the overnight drop box because my water pump had seized. Thankfully I was able to tow it to medi-car. I went to work the next morning and called to talk to somebody about the issues I was experiencing. They walked me through what they were going to do, did a check over the car and gave me a quote. When I picked it up later that day my bill was less than they quoted me. My repairs have been spectacular so far. Great company. I would recommend them to anyone
Honest, Fast and Reliable
I LOVED Maxville! I made an appointment to get my brakes checked, for free - they made time for me the very next day. After reviewing my brakes, the tech brought me back to the shop, to show me what was happening. He set up time that afternoon. They drove me home, and I came back 4 hours later -- to a completed car! Did I mention, I got a hot cup of coffee while I waited - and I bought a card, and a gift for my daughter while I was there?! This place is the best!
Great place, honest, and very helpful. I have been taking my own cars there for while, but today takes the cake. With my parents visiting and planning to depart early the next day, I took their car in for an oil change. Turns out the car needed a bit more than that and they happily stayed well past closing time to get the work done and ensure that my parents had a safe car to drive home. They even refused a tip when I offered it!
