These guys saved me when Best-Buy wouldn't even offer me service due to "extensive liability". Had a failing hard-drive in my laptop, brought it in to Jason and he took care of the issue right away with rapid turnaround and great customer service. He assured me all important files would be retained, installed a repair unit and transferred all files I asked for. My visit and service would have been 5 stars had it not been for the cashier named Rob whom decided wearing saran wrap for work pants appropriate - kids these days!
Awesome Office max. Nicely organized, good stock of items, and customer service is on point. I can vouch for the management, we bought a hanging file bin without realizing it was chipped. Brought it right back in and they just let us switch it out. They care about their customers.
