Terrible place and management. My dad passed away nearly 6 wks ago. Since then we have been awaiting for this place to give us needed documents. We called twice a week just to hear that Susan and Gordy are never in office and that the receptionist never has their schedule. Funny, when booking this place for service they sure had their schedules, or when we needed to come and pay for the package. On top of it, we were waiting on death certificates which the funeral home sat on for nearly 2 wks now. When we called (my mom and I) they straight up lied l by saying they aren't in. Mail inventory was registered to arrive on the 19th. Lastly, they mailed a copy out without comcent to a person who was not given permission to have legal documents. This is called fraud. They facilitated fraud of legal state documents. We are consulting attorneys and filing. Still not a single phone call back. They will have it coming!. Stay away and go with another place.
