Great class! Great Instructor! Classes are expensive ($30) is my only reason for a 4 star rating.
The classes are so much fun! Even for someone like me who knew nothing about boxing before I started at Title, the trainer for your first class will show you everything you need to know! The trainers are all so nice and supportive and take the time to get to know you. Great gym to be a member of!
Loved the whole experience! The speed, the total body workout, the enthusiasm from John, the newbie pre-coaching, and the help through the work out. I live an hour away, but am making it to class once a week. This will be a priority!
I liked how it is designed to always keep you moving. They also like to keep more than one muscle group moving. I felt so much energy in the room from everyone who was there for their workout. I tried their free intro workout and look forward to continuing to incorporate them in my normal workout regimen. A day later and I am still fairly sore but so happy as I know it was a great workout! I love boxing! It is actually fun so you hardly even realize you're working out (other than the sweat pouring down your face and the faster heart rate)! ;) The trainers are awesome! The music pumps you up! The change in routines keeps you going!
