Neka you rock! (Our waitress) thank you for your service. The manager Ray was very nice. Thank you for making it more than right. The five stars is for the service in spite of the steaks not being cooked right.
We arrived an hour ago. We had to ask for refill on our beverages more than once. We asked for dessert twice. Our waitress was way over busy. They needed to get her some up. Sarah was nice but way busy. We are patient but this was way to much. We like Applebees but not sure we will be back anytime soon . Disappointed this is my husband's favorite place. Kelly
We ordered steak and we always order medium rare. They were well done. Our waitress ordered new ones and they came out raw. Those were sent back and my husband's came back well and mine was medium. Even our waitress was shocked. We didn't make a fuss but the manager came over and stated our bill was taken care of and even offered dessert.
Onion rings, the onions were tough. Service was not all that good. We had to wait quite a while so to receive our bill. And then there was a mix up as to receiving the correct slips that l signed as we paid by gift cards. I was not impressed with the food as to taste or the waste of food due to getting orders wrong.

This is the second time we have tried eating here and both times were after 5 pm. Horrible service and took FOREVER to get helped and when out food came out both times it was never the whole meal together or even meals at the same time. We will never go to this location again it's BAD !!!
