Decent hookups, good location. The RV spaces are not as level as I would like, and the space size was a bit tight. We really did not like the gate being closed at 6pm, as it was rather inconvenient getting out of the vehicle, opening the gate, pulling forward and locking the gate up. It would be better to have a keypad to open the gate.
Make sure you follow all the rules, or the owner will pound on your door and threaten to kick you out at 8am. Not exactly a courteous host. Customer service has a bit to be desired.
Nice quiet RV park. You must arrive before 6pm and leave before 11am. You will be escorted to your campsite. The owner is extremely specific with the instructions for parking. We will explore other locations in the area next trip.
We stayed here over a weekend and really enjoyed our stay. They made everything very easy - when we called to reserve, they explained to us what hours check ins are allowed and explained how to get there. They sent a really helpful email with directions, GPS coordinates, and a basic overview of the park rules. Yes, they have rules, but I personally appreciate that. When we arrived the very nice lady checked us in and a guy on a golf cart even escorted us to our space so we didn't have to look for it, and helped by pointing out the level area. It really made set up a breeze. It was clean, quiet and the people were very nice to us. Will definitely stay again!
Ok for a stop over. Very rough gravel sites that are uneven. The person at the office really is happy to see a new camper. Acts like it is my privilege to stay here. Play area looks like a vacant ghetto lot.
Nice landscaping, level sites. Close proximity to a variety of shopping and restaurant adventures. Easy access to the Twin Cities via I-94. However, they've been announcing they're closing for good at the end of this season. Remains to be seen, as they said the same last year, yet reopened for this year.
