There were 2 workers right next to me and my arms were full of clothes, neither of them asked me if they could help me or get a cart. I asked if they had carts and one worker told me where to find them, then after a minute she realized she should offer to go get it for me and she did. Other than that, the cashier was great. Huge smile and very nice.
While I was browsing for Christmas presents, two older employees were just talking away and whining and whispering about a lot of stuff. I guess I don't mind it, they must be very tired of putting away all the disorganized items away - it was just funny, I guess to make time go faster for them.
I love the variety and styles of women clothes I found there - pleasantly surprised.
There is an associate at JC Penny's in Woodbury, MN named Taylor. She works in the men's department and she is an exceptional sales associate. She went above and beyond to make sure we got the highest level of customer service.
Sorry to say but this store will be like others in the Tamarack will not be around next Christmas. We went there for a gift card from Sephora at the small store in the JCPENNEY'S. We were told that the gift card was only good in other JCPENNEY Sephora's not other stand alone Sephora's. We walked out as nothing else in the store caught our eye. With the onslaught of the internet flexibility will be key and the are stuck in cement
