So I once again called Customer Service. They told me they saw the activity, but I was most definitely not double charged. I double checked my bank account, and those $32 pair of shoes most definitely cost me $64. They then told me to fax in my bank statement. I told them I emailed the screen shot and was told they don't accept emails, I can either mail it, or fax it. I told them I had done this before and they told me that was not company policy. I told them I didn't have access to a fax machine and they told me to go to the library to fax it. I offered to message them by telegraph, but then they got very rude.
I had forgotten my Kohl's card, so the lady at the register asked if I'd like to just enter my information. I often forget about "store specific cards" so I declined, and she mentioned that I was able to use my Kohl's charge and pay it immediately for the discount. This sounded pretty good, but the card reader was on the fritz, and it double charged my bank account. When I called Customer Service (main branch, not store) to dispute the charge, they told me I'd receive word within about 48 hours after emailing them a screenshot of my account. One week later, I was sent a letter that said "No changes were made to your account."
Dust balls everywhere.
Except for the very very slowly checkout at 3 in the afternoon today, prices are great. Please get the jeans etc on shelves put back where they should be took a half hour to dig through messy piles not in any size order.
Plus they don't have much of a size selection in jeans that aren't SKINNY jeans.
One of the cleaner Kohl's I've been too. Good selection and customer service
But in Kohls defense they at least had some bootleg jeans. JCP no longer sells clothes at all for the average woman. Just like Target.
I like bootleg. Not everyone is skinny.
Closed my Kohl's Charge, will not shop there again.
Dressing rooms were dirty.
The clothes are for skinny women or obese women. Nothing in between. Kohls is almost there too. Time to cut up my credit cards.
I mean it's Kohl's. People are friendly enough, selection of men's cloths was very good, prices are good (every thing is always on sale), not a bad place to shop.
The store is ok. A bit pricey.
