We wandered through while our daughter was at a birthday party nearby. We're helped by a wonderful woman named Gloria. She was polite and helpful without us feeling pressured to buy anything. She provided is additional information on the items we liked and let us walk out the door without pressuring us to purchase anything. We came back the next day (going past the Ashley store near our house) to purchase our items from Gloria as a thank you for her assistance the day before. We'd definitely return; for the selection and the service! Thank you Gloria and Ashley Furniture, we look forward to our new couches!
I walked in to Ashely Furniture right as they opened and I was on a mission. I didn't have much time and knew exactly what I wanted. It was sad to say most of the items online was not available in the store and would take 5-6 weeks for delivery. Bob greeted me right away just enough time for me to browse the store a bit. Bob is knowledgeable and was very helpful throughout the whole process. Not at any point I felt pressured to get something I didn't want. Bob was able to show me a living room collection after we talked a bit and got to know what I was looking for. Bob was very patient and kind and easy to talk to. I left the store with all the pieces I wanted and delivery date set for a date that would work for me. Thanks Bob !
Susan Jacquart was helping me with choose a bed that would fit in my new apartment. She was so amazing to me I highly recommend if you need a bed and want to be treated right and was Not have a pushy sales person she is the one to see. I felt very comfortable and relaxed to make a decision which was right for me. Betty Johnson also treated me just as well no pressure and helped me with finding the couch that was right for me. I'll definitely be back as I get more furniture for my new place.
