Kendyl was great help, we had questions and she had answers. But also gave us our space to look around at all the unique pieces Becker's has. I love the art pieces they have there and definitely will be going back to update our home.
A few years ago I was shopping for new living room furniture and came across these fabulous double size chairs with ottoman at Becker Furniture World. Unfortunately at that time I wasn't ready to purchase. I took photo on my phone and saved them. This fall I was looking again but couldn't remember which furniture store I had seen these pieces. Well, found them again! And there was a black Friday sale going on. Yay. I worked with Dana and she really helped me put it all together. I basically got one of the pieces for free. The best part is they are holding them for me until after I get new floors put in...for no charge! And when ready they will deliver. Very nice people and hopefully a good product. I will let you know more this winter. I will definitely go back there again for future needs.
We needed to replace sofa damaged by the claws of our pets. We worked with Jewel who helped us choose tear resistant fabrics and helped us through the choosing of the styles of our custom furniture. I HATE shopping, so I was relieved to have a knowledgeable salesperson with some common sense. We spent more that we planned but we feel like we have good furniture that will last much longer (hence cheaper in the long run).
We had a great shopping experience with the help of Mike! He took the time to show us plenty of options before we settled on our amazing new mattress set!! The free delivery and pick up of our old set was great as well. Will be returning for any future needs!!
I'm a shopper that always compares prices to shop for the best value for my money. Well looking at a variety of different furniture stores I settled on Becker because the quality is unmatchable and the prices were exceptional. What most impressed me however was the knowledgeable staff. Every question I asked of them pertaining to the quality, manufacturing, durability, cleaning codes, etc. was answered. The other furniture stores staff did not have the knowledge and could not answer my questions. it's because of the knowledgeable staff that I will always return to Becker for my furniture purchases!
