Management doesn't Care about the customers at all. Be careful while booking through priceline as they will always give u this hotel at a cheaper rate but you will regret your decision of staying with them for ever. I wish i could give this hotel Negative 5 Star.
This location is great. It is situated right off Hwy 94 and sits next door to a Kwik Trip. So anything you need that the hotel doesn't have, you can likely get next door which is about a 30 second walk out the back door of the hotel. The staff is nice and they don't pry into your business. This is 10 steps above the Eden Prairie location where I have encountered very rude staff, smelly rooms (no matter how many times I was moved), and everyone that works there is too much in your business. At the Woodbury location you can actually rest easy and relax, come and go without rude staff in your business and overly in your face. They get it at Woodbury and they let you stay about your business just as they stay about theirs. Anything you need they are quick to respond.
Check-in was easy and the front desk clerk was friendly. My initial room was smelly, but guest services quickly addressed the issue and moved me to another room as well as worked to resolve the smell that we all agreed was really bad. The rooms are spacious and the bed was comfortable. I ended up having to take a "modified" shower in the morning, because there was something that looked nasty in the tub and I wasn't willing to risk standing in the tub with it. Checkout was a smooth process as well and we also made use of the onsite guest laundry facility. This hotel could use some updating, but it is comfortable. There are a few nearby places (shopping and restaurants) that are within walking distance.
So we booked a room 3 months in advance and prepaid. After driving 950 miles to get there, we are informed our double room is not available and they want to give us 2 single rooms on separate floors. They never called us or sent an email to inform us of this so that we could have made other arrangements. Now we are stuck in MN with no place to stay. However in retrospect I'm glad we didn't stay there. When we showed up to check in, the police were there. From what I overheard they were having issues with some of the other customers and there appears to be a drug problem. I don't want my family staying in a place like that. I do not recommend this establishment.
WORST HOTEL i have ever stayed in. Rooms are cleaned only once per week and due to which its not clean at all. Smelly room and beds. It feels like a homeless Shelter rather than a hotel.
The location is great it is right off the highway and the rooms are nice even comes with a full size fridge
