It's clean and a good location. Just stay away from the restaurant. They seem to have issues with quality and understanding what gluten free means. That's why only 4 stars
Great venue for the Cheer luncheon. Nice facility with an attentive waitstaff. The recently remodeled banquet rooms look great.
I gave this review, because Google will not allow less. My son's girlfriend, booked one room for 3 nights for 3 people. 2 double beds, booked and paid in advance. We arrive at the hotel late on Friday and we were given a one room with a ONE king bed. No roll-away beds were available, " I guess one of you can sleep on the floor". No apologies, they did offer to try to book one of us at another hotel (we had no car), but we would have had to pay for the second room. Again we had paid for 3 people, but we had to call the desk for a 3rd set of towels every morning. So in other words the Sheraton had accepted our money for 3 people but couldn't be bothered providing for the 3 of us. What a SCAM! No one seemed to care, just too bad, should have gotten here earlier. They had given our paid for room to someone else for more money. Won't be staying at any Sheraton Hotels ever again, I advise you to do the same.
The Sheraton is under going remodel, but you would never know. The lobby and location is very clean, quiet, and smelled wonderful. We were loactednon the fourth floor. Once again, very clean, quiet, and had a wonderful view. Staff was very friendly and helpful! Would definitely stay again!
The room was spacious with a very nice bathroom. The shower was very large but there was no tub in the room we stayed in. Hotel staff was friendly and accommodating as we were in town for a wedding the front desk handed out gift bags that the bride and groom has made. The breakfast was not included but was very good as well. I would definitely stay here again.
